From Marketplace to Mayhem: Let the Good Times Roll!

We Got the Trailer. We Got the LLC. We Got the Guts. LET’S GO.

It’s official: the wheels are in motion, the ink is dry on our party papers, and this thing is HAPPENING, y’all.

Ready or not, here we roll!

Last week, we withdrew the most cash from our bank account ever at one time, and picked up our shiny new beautiful baby – aka the blank-canvas food trailer of our dreams.

Jesus (no, not that one) – the Cary local who found this beauty, hauled it several hundred miles to within 5 minutes of our house, changed his mind about building it out, and sold it to us instead. Yeah, this was pre-ordained and the flavor gods smiled on our dreams when this thing landed in our town and popped up on Marketplace. Jesus, take the hitch!

Dennis (legend, parking hero, BBQ master, and just all around great guy) at Crystal Outside Storage for hooking us up with a spot to stash our sweet new ride.

– Our new buddy Nick, who’s about to pimp this trailer into a full-blown flavor fortress. It’s gonna be the baddest food truck on the block – just wait.

Oh, and did we mention? BOOM. LLC: filed. We’re officially, legally, all-in. Cue the flavor confetti!!!

That feeling when your wild idea starts shapeshifting IRL? Unreal. Electric. Like getting your first tattoo while biting into the perfect grilled cheese.

Next up we’re:

– Slugging through all the other to-do’s like registrations, insurance, banking, etc. Snooze, we know, but it’s all part of launching this biz the right way.

– Setting up our socials, so go smash that “Follow” button:

– Getting ready to sell our signature spice blends at the Cary Farmer’s Market the second we get the greenlight.

– Figuring out how the hell we’re funding the rest of this rollercoaster…

Which brings us to:

Since we’re not having our own tiny humans, we figured – why not throw a party to celebrate the other thing we’re giving birth to? You know…this big, shiny, snack-slinging dream machine.

Forget the Diaper Genie – we need fryers, fridges, and prep tables. Instead of lullabies, there’ll be loud music, killer eats, yard games over baby bingo, a menu reveal vs. a gender reveal, and all your favorite weirdos in one place.

We’re thinking:

So shoot us straight – would you RSVP yes to a food truck baby shower? Because we’re kiiiiinda obsessed with this idea.

Stick with us – we’re just getting started. And buckle up because this ride’s only getting louder, messier, and more delicious from here.

Next up, we’ll be giving you a backstage tour of the trailer so stay tuned, and stay hungry!

Got something to say? Shout it our way!
