Yes Chef is our fan-favorite flavor bomb. Our chef’s been throwing this spice blend down in his restaurants for over 20 years – and people lose their minds every time. With ground salt fresh from the smoker and a custom blend of supporting spices to punk it up, your mouth will water every time you shake it. Sprinkle it on anything that sits still – meat, veggies, sides, you name it. Whatever you’re cooking, this will be your secret sous chef. Seriously, it’ll blow your mind – and your taste buds.

Ingredients: kosher salt, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, black pepper, fennel seed, chinese long pepper, togarashi (red chili pepper, orange peel, sesame seeds, ginger, seaweed), onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar (white sugar, molasses), natural applewood smoke flavoring

Da Works is pure culinary chaos in a shaker – every wild, tangy, zesty flavor of a legit Chi-style hot dog, minus the red hot. Chef’s Kiss is our sweet ‘n savage espresso pork rub – loaded with bold coffee vibes and just enough sugar to keep it flirty. Slap it on ribs, pork chops, tenderloin, or pulled pork and let the flavor do dirty things to your taste buds. It’s smoky, it’s savory, it’s got that kiss of sweetness – like your meat just got butterflies at the end of a first date. Sparks will fly when you put this on your pork, we promise!
